FIREFIGHTER RESCUE

Our most popular series of classes, firefighter rescue training is an important and vital necessity for ALL firefighters.  Whether you have an established RIT or FAST team or you are a rookie firefighter, all members should know how to rescue a brother or sister firefighter.  Many of the techniques offered are lessons learned from tragedy.

FIREFIGHTER RESCUE, PART I

Contact Hours: 2-4

  • Nance Drill- provides the skills necessary to rescue trapped firefighters who have fallen through a compromised floor.  Different techniques are demonstrated and taught using tools that every firefighter has at hand.  These techniques include using hose lines, ropes and hand tools.

FIREFIGHTER RESCUE, PART II
